Building Permits

Building Permits can be submitted in person, online via My Government Online platform or via email at Building [at] jupiterinletcolony.org

Contractors must be registered with the Town prior to commencing work.

Permit Fees are 3% of the cost of construction and then 2.5% surcharge.

Permit renewals are for 6 months and are 3% of the cost of construction. 

Contractors can schedule inspections can by using My Government Online. The cut off for scheduling inspections for the next day is 4:00pm.

INFORMATION ON DUMPSTER RENTALS

The Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony is contracted with WM (Waste Management) and permits the use of dumpsters for construction sites.

No other dumpsters are allowed.
