The Florida Governor's and Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners' Executive Orders and Emergency Orders are listed below.
***UPDATE*** 5/25/2020 - Palm Beach BOCC has issued EO-13 that temporarily closes all beaches in the county from 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 3rd through 12:01 a.m. Monday, July 6th. Nobody is allowed on the Town's beach during that time period. Thank you for cooperating with this Emergency Order. The Emergency Order is below.
***UPDATE*** 5/25/2020 - PALM BEACH BOCC HAS ISSUED EO-12 THAT REQUIRES THE WEARING OF FACIAL COVERINGS IN ALL BUSINESSES AND PUBLIC PLACES. THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE READ THE EMERGENCY ORDER IN ITS ENTIRETY BELOW FOR FULL DETAILS.
***UPDATE*** 5/16/2020 - PALM BEACH BOCC HAS ISSUED EO-06 WHICH OPENS THE BEACHES EFFECTIVE 5/18/2020. PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GATHER IN GROUPS LARGER THAN 10 AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED.
1. As of 5/18/2020, Palm Beach County beaches have re-opened. Social distancing is required and people are not allowed to gather in groups larger than 10.
2. Many businesses and restaurants have re-opened with restrictions limiting capacity and requiring masks to be worn. Read Emergency Orders for details below.
3. The lobby of Town Hall is open, however facial coverings are required to be worn in all PBC public buildings. Thank you for your cooperation.
