Ivelisse Chico-Randazzo was appointed to Town Clerk on July 12, 2021. Before being appointed, she was the administrative assistant for the Town.
Ivelisse was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, Ivelisse started her career as a New York City Police Officer. She was assigned to the 79th Precinct in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn and then to the Brooklyn North Evidence Collection Team until 2006 when she retired from the Police Department. Upon relocating to Port St. Lucie, FL. in 2007 with her fiancé at the time, Carl who is also a retired Police Officer, Ivelisse worked for a brief time for the Department of Children and Families as a Child Protective Investigator and then went on to work for the St. Lucie County Pretrial Program where she was the Program Manager. Ivelisse also worked for the Boys and Girls Club of St. Lucie County.
Ivelisse and Carl have been married for 7 out of the 20 years they have been together. They love to travel, spend time with family and friends, cook and work out just to have fun. Ivelisse and Carl also travel frequently to Puerto Rico to visit her parents.
