The roadways of Jupiter Inlet Colony are public roadways and are subject to the laws of the State of Florida. Residents wishing to operate their golf cart on the roadways must adhere to the state laws at all times and their golf carts must be converted to a Low-Speed Vehicle(LSV). LSVs must be registered with a State of Florida License Plate and must have headlights, brake lights, running lights, turn signals, windshield, mirrors, vehicle identification number (VIN) and valid insurance.
